The server is not currently up and running as updates are happening so just sit tight til some point in October. I don't know if there will be a new IP or not sorry!
what he said. The server is down, or at least whitelisted, im not sure, until some undisclosed date in October, so that new ranks and everything can be worked out and everything like that.
